Barley Grass Juice Powder is more convenient to take and better value for money. Just 1 teaspoon is equivalent to 6 teaspoons of ordinary barley grass powder and almost identical to fresh Barley Grass.

The recommended daily dosage of barley grass juice powder is 6g (2 teaspoons) daily, mixed with either water, smoothies or juices. We would also advise not to mix into any hot liquids, as this may destroy the previous nutrients in the powder.

Our 1g food grade plastic spoon is perfect to measure the powder.
